Latest Completed Workouts
Yeah, i know, its the same workouts on latest completed chart today as yesterday, the exact same. Both me and DDPY have had a bit of a hickup in that i didn’t take screenshots, and their new update has currently stopped their app from working and therefore hindering me from taking screenshots from my Fat Burner and Red Hot Core+ that i did yesterday. However, seen as that is a thing, i figured i could take the opportunity to show some of the progress photos. I snapped yesterday in comparison to my first ones, to show results i truly am the most pleased about with even doing this entire thing.
The DDP YOGA NOW App has a progress photo section to their tracker, where every month or so you are supposed to take pictures from various angles and poses in orderfor you to see the progress from start until finish. That’s where the dreadful image i’ve been using on my blog posts comes in, that was where i started, heaviest ive been and most uncomfortable in my own skin i’ve been in my lifetime. Ill compare the first and the latest photos on each of these, and find they show very positive results!
With my goal being about 90 kg of muscle, it means going up in weight in comparison to where i am, and im at about 83,9 kg last i weighed myself. So i got about 6 kg of muscle to go up, means more healthy food, and more exercise. As it just so happens that the app is still down and none of the workouts are available, i might just go by a youtube video or two when i get home and video it, possibly, i think i remember a couple of them also now by muscle memory, so theres still hope ill do some today! Thanks for the read, and any feedback is welcomed with massive thanks! (lowkey knowing that muscle is denser than fat, there is the off chance that i might have to alter my goal and aim higher, remains to be seen over the next couple of months how things go!)
